**Role Summary/Purpose:**

Responsible for producing quality products at assigned work areas.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

Understand and follow the instructions of the work, processes, drawings and policies under the production workshop

+ Take the main responsibility for the quality of the products they produce
+ Follow the jobs arranged by team leader / supervisor.
+ Maintain 5S under the factory
+ Maintain machinery, equipment and tools in good condition.
+ Report safety issues, quality concerns, quality issues to superiors.
+ Proposing new ideas to improve the working environment, safety, quality and productivity.
+ Comply with the company's regulations on rules, safety, security and other regulations.
+ Other jobs as assigned by superiors.
