Manufacturing Production Worker
Location: Dosquebradas, Risaralda, Colombia

Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing production equipment including machining, processing, assembly, or packaging.
- Operate machine tools, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.
- Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
- Monitor quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
- Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Para‑Professional (S25) with knowledge of job procedures and tools gained through work experience; vocational or technical education may be required.
