Job Description: Maintain and update customer databases using CRM software. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently. Support marketing campaigns through targeted customer communication. Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Track and analyze customer data to identify buying patterns and loyalty opportunities. Generate periodic reports on customer engagement, complaints, and resolutions. Assist in planning and executing customer retention and loyalty programs. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of customer information. Maintain a qualified image while representing the brand to customers.
