Op-Ex Master (Level 7) (San Luis Potosí)

Overview

You will work with Executive Champions, Business Leaders, and Stakeholders to define project scope, schedule resources, and deploy strategies. Your role includes training and mentoring future OpEx leaders while contributing to the shared knowledge base. Travel to manufacturing plants as needed is required to support projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing and/or Quality.
• 5+ years of experience in Process Improvement, Business Operations, or OpEx Project/Program Management.
• Six Sigma Black Belt or faster Master certification required.
• Proven ability to coach & influence Senior Leaders.
• Experience using statistical software tools such as Minitab.
• Strong focus on execution.
• Ability to build and promote organizational change management initiatives.
