The Branch Manager at the Ontario Native Women’s Association will oversee staff implementations of critical programs, aligned with ONWA's community mission. Your leadership role involves coaching a dedicated team while ensuring program standards and community expectations are met. This position values cultural connections, administrative management, and an understanding of historical trauma.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly supervise program staff for exceptional service
