Onsite - QA TPM

Job Description
Partner with engineering teams to support QA efforts across all projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and align testing priorities.
Track and report on key QA metrics, ensuring visibility into testing performance and quality trends.
Establish testing baselines and leverage metrics to forecast quality outcomes and identify risks.
Drive QA governance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor automation test coverage and identify opportunities to increase coverage.
Track overall test coverage, assess gaps, and ensure adequate QA support across all initiatives.
Previous experience supporting QA organizations and quality engineering teams is highly preferred.
