Onsite IT Support Technician – Plant & Production

Silver Fern Farms is seeking an IT Support professional for our Pacific Plant team in Hastings, located at Takapau, NZ. This full-time, on-site role focuses on frontline IT support across desktops, servers, networking, CCTV, and OT interfaces, with involvement in local IT projects and user training.

You will work closely with site engineers and operators, supporting both office and floor environments and contributing to continuous service improvements in a fast-paced production setting.
