Onsite IT Support

Job Summary The Site ITOT Site Support Role is responsible for the configuration and maintenance of OT-relevant computing hardware, including workstations, switches, virtual machines, and displays. The role supports plant-wide SCADA and 3rd Party Skid and standalone control systems at the Millburn RLT site. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of IT and Automation systems. Participate in the development and execution of IT and Automation projects. Support 24x7 site operations after start-up. Schedule and perform routine maintenance and upgrades on IT hardware and software. Develop and maintain documentation for OT hardware system configurations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), User Requirements Specifications (URS), Functional Specifications (FS), and Design Specifications (DDS/HDS/SDS).
