We have a complex inventory environment involving raw materials, kitting, and high-volume FBA outbound.
- We are currently transitioning from a custom WMS to a new tier-1 system, and we need an owner to ensure our physical reality matches our data.
- Your mission is to mitigate spillage by auditing the lifecycle of every unit from purchase order to the moment it hits the dock to the moment it leaves on a truck.
Key Responsibilities (The Must-Haves) The Gatekeeper Audit:
- Enforce a strict 3-way match (PO vs.
- Packing Slip vs.
- Physical Count) at the dock.
- You are the final authority on what we pay for.
