Onsite Desktop Support Engineer – IT Asset & Training

OPUS IT Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support and resolve technical problems for users and hardware.

The role involves asset management, troubleshooting, patching, configuration, testing and maintenance, and coordinating with 3rd party vendors while also training users to use computer devices and handling daily helpdesk duties to ensure timely task completion.
