Onsite Civil Foreperson – Lead Crews & Operate Plant

Only Sponsorships in Wellington is seeking an experienced Foreperson to lead on-site civil crews, own day-to-day operations and ensure work aligns with the programme. This is a hands-on leadership role with active problem solving on the ground.

You’ll supervise excavations and plant, coordinate resources, and drive a strong safety culture to deliver high-quality outcomes, keeping projects on track and to programme.
