Join a high-impact staffing team supporting a client site in Richardson, TX as an **In-House Associate Onsite Support Specialist** . In this full-time, contract role, you’ll manage onsite workforce operations and drive recruiting for skilled trades. You’ll be the go-to resource for associates and client leadership: handling day-to-day questions, resolving issues, and helping maintain a safe, productive work environment.
This role blends hands-on associate support with structured onboarding processes, including I-9 verification, USV updates, and record management in Bullhorn (ATS). This position is fully onsite. Military-connected talent is encouraged to apply.
