Onshore Wind Substation Manager – Finland

Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Substation Manager for an onshore wind project in Finland. You will supervise substation and transformer works on site, coordinating contractors and ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery of electrical infrastructure.

The role requires strong experience in substations, transformers and grid interfaces, with fluency in Finnish and English. This contract/freelance position will partner with the Site Manager and project team across multiple interfaces.
