Online Sales Officer

Respond to customer inquiries (online and face-to-face) and close sales.

Be knowledgeable in the products to conduct demo and answer inquiries.

Build and maintain relationships with clients before and after sales.

Keep up to date with the latest trends and competitors in the market.

Monitor and analyze sales performance to improve and adjust sales strategies.

Provide good customer service and ensure customer satisfaction is high.

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, related field or other course which has relativity to business, sales and marketing
2. With experience in online sales.
3. Knowledge in machineries, automotive, agriculture is an advantage.
4. Computer literate, knows how to use MS Office.
5. Communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Familiarity with sales performance metrics and tools
