Responsibilities
- Actively manage client social media pages including responding to fans and moderating pages.
- Proactively engage with users and enhance the client's public image through social media.
- Act as a focal point to ensure communication between the client and their customers are managed efficiently.
- Perform activities based on client needs and requirements such as listening, monitoring, or proactive engagement.
- Ensure KPIs agreed with the client are achieved.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the use of social media platforms.
- Achieve high quality results with only general supervision.
- Effectively communicate the companys mission.
