Our Marketing team drives end-to-end digital growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and revenue across all online channels. The Online Marketing function plays a critical role in scaling performance through data‑driven campaigns, strategic media planning, and continuous optimisation.
Job Description
- Plan, execute, and optimise online marketing campaigns across key channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, RTB)
- Manage paid media strategies to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance based on KPIs such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CVR
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages to improve performance
- Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to develop high‑performing ad creatives and messaging
- Work closely with KOL, PR, and Brand teams to ensure integrated campaign execution
