We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to help execute and manage the operational side of our marketing programs, podcast, referral systems, CRM workflows, and content distribution.
This is not a social media influencer role or a basic administrative support position.
This role is ideal for someone who: • Loves organization and operational excellence • Communicates professionally and confidently in English • Enjoys systems, process management, and follow-through • Can manage multiple moving parts without dropping details • Takes pride in producing polished, high-quality work • Operates proactively without constant oversight
