Responsibilities
- Conduct online tutoring sessions via a virtual classroom using video, audio, and chat
- Utilize the Socratic method to foster student independence and critical thinking
- Help students navigate U.S. university-level accounting courses and tax code
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of U.S. university-level accounting or U.S. tax code
- Access to a reliable computer, camera, microphone, and high-speed internet
- Ability to tutor a minimum of 2-5 hours per week during fall and spring semesters
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in teaching methodology or college-level tutoring experience
