Responsibilities

• Create excitement in product launches, workshops and events for guests.
• Assist in providing the best customer experience, including offering advice on colour, fit, style and silhouette.
• Promote key styles, new arrivals and bestsellers to drive sales and conversion in‑store to achieve targets.
• Ensure all merchandise is available in all colours, sizes and quantities on the sales floor.
• Maintain a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms.
• Receive and process new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, and support stock‑take exercises.
