As a Service Engineer, you provide high-level technical support for Zoomlion equipment across Spain. Provide on-site technical support to dealers and key customers for complex, major, or recurring failures.

Deliver remote troubleshooting support (diagnosis, procedures, documentation, solutions).

Support root-cause analysis and repair-solution optimization with R&D / technical specialists.

Deliver product training to dealers and key customers (operation and routine maintenance), and support training sessions when needed.

Support spare parts activities: recommended parts lists, safety...
