Oncology Survivorship NP/PA — Telemedicine Care Leader

OncoveryCare is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver telemedicine survivorship care for cancer survivors. You will assess, educate, and plan ongoing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, focusing on holistic survivorship needs.

The role requires 3–5+ years in oncology, a Master’s degree, and active APP certification with licensure in applicable states. This is a full-time remote position with access to clinical software and licensing support.
