* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM weekly (may need to stay until 5:00 PM sometimes to do chart rounds)

Minimum Requirements
* Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
* Licensure: Active Illinois license and active Illinois DEA/CSR required
