Onboarding Specialist

The Role

As a Hiring and Onboarding Specialist you will manage operational risk, candidate experience, and vendor performance across varying hiring volumes and complex regulatory environments. Your responsibilities include executing and managing all Onboarding activities for a given geography, and managing the contractual workforce performing Onboarding activities.

Key Accountabilities

• Proactively manage the customers’ needs and expectations by working directly with the client
• Execute and manage day‑to‑day Onboarding transactions including Pre‑employment screening, Immigration & Relocation support, and creation of employment contracts
• Support continuously on employee experience throughout the Onboarding process
