Trillium Drivers is now seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to assist in their recruiting efforts in the Nashville, TN area.

The Onboarding Specialist role is responsible for managing the driver onboarding process, with a strong focus on compliance, training, and driver experience, to ensure branch is maintaining an available pool of qualified field staff employees with the marketable skills necessary to meet client needs within assigned market.
