Position: Onboarding Specialist
Location: Remote (South Africa, US Hours)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new employees to facilitate smooth integration.
Create, update, and maintain onboarding materials such as guides, tutorials, and checklists.
Collaborate with various departments to tailor onboarding content to specific roles.
Conduct orientation sessions and training to familiarize new hires with company culture, policies, and systems.
Monitor onboarding progress and provide feedback to management.
Serve as a point of contact for new hires during their initial employment period to address questions and concerns.
Continuously seek to improve onboarding procedures based on feedback and best practices.
