• Manage the end‑to‑end employee onboarding process by collaborating with the client, employees, and in‑country partners to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for all stakeholders involved.
• Establish and maintain productive and effective relationships with clients, employees, local partners, and key internal departments to ensure the delivery of services in accordance with the client’s agreed scope.
• Ensure that all onboarding documentation and systems are accurate, current, and fully aligned with the client’s expectations and requirements.
• Schedule and lead introduction meetings and onboarding presentations with employees, coordinating internal teams and providing GX1 system access.
