Onboarding & Deployment Lead - Enterprise Networking

IMPETUS EXECUTIVE is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead customer onboarding and delivery of company solutions across venues in Dubai. You will manage Technical Support Engineers and Project Managers, coordinating with Sales and CSMs to ensure smooth execution and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include end-to-end onboarding, on-time project delivery, risk mitigation, and clear reporting across deployments such as WiFi portals, analytics, kiosks, and location-based
