On-Trade Commercial Lead — Key Accounts & JBP

Diageo Chile is seeking an On Trade Activator to lead commercial plans for key On-Trade customers in Santiago. You will translate category strategies into customer plans and drive execution through collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams.

The role requires 2–4 years in FMCG sales or activation, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive, execution-focused mindset. Travel within the territory is expected.
