Role Overview
Provide desk-side IT support for all issues requiring physical intervention, working closely with other IT teams and serving as the primary customer-facing contact for various IT functions.
What You Will Do
Provide technical support for on-site and remote users, troubleshoot issues, prepare and deliver IT equipment, manage IT assets and inventory, and perform logistics and vendor coordination.

Requires experience in IT support, fluency in local language and English, and familiarity with ServiceNow IT Enterprise Platform, MS Office 365, and Windows operating systems.

- Completed formal education in Information Technology
- Experience in IT support
- Fluent in both local language and English
