Vacancy Description
This role serves as the technical specialist and primary customer support contact, responsible for independently diagnosing, troubleshooting, and completing repairs on engines and related systems at customer sites.
The position ensures minimal equipment downtime through effective problem resolution, strong customer engagement, and proactive service support. It also plays a key role in training, warranty management, field failure analysis, and strengthening aftermarket service capabilities across OEMs, dealers, and service networks.
Key Responsibilities Technical Service & Diagnostics
Independently diagnose and repair engine, aftertreatment (ATS), and vehicle-level issues at customer sites.
Perform troubleshooting on engines, vehicles, gensets, and construction equipment.
