In a permanent capacity, your role will be crucial in helping clients navigate challenges and receive appropriate care. You will be responsible for preparing meals, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a safe and clean environment. Key certifications, including mental health first aid and UMAB training, are necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily housekeeping tasks for clients
• Prepare nutritious meals for guests
• Manage conflict situations with professionalism
• Provide individualized support to clients with needs
• Maintain high standards of care and safety
Requirements:
• Behaviour management Certification required
• Medication Administration Certificate essential
• CPR and food safety Certifications needed
• Valid driver’s license and transportation required
