Solera Corporation is seeking an Account Manager – Inside Sales in Mexico City to manage customer retention and account expansion. This role requires a proactive phone-based engagement with existing customers to achieve defined sales KPIs.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of inside sales experience, strong bilingual communication skills, and CRM proficiency, preferably in Salesforce.
