On-Site HR Manager for Creative & Sales Teams

Content Kitchen is seeking an HR Manager to scale our workforce across Sales, Graphic Design and Video Editing teams. You will own recruitment, screening, interviews, onboarding and the maintenance of employee documentation. You’ll also supervise attendance, performance, leave management and ensure HR policies are implemented.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi, Pakistan, with working hours 12 pm–9 pm. Prior experience in marketing/software houses is a plus.
