On‑Site Event Operations Lead

World Economic Forum Geneva is seeking an Event Management Specialist to drive on-site operations for complex international events, coordinating logistics, venue setup, catering, and staff deployment.

You will work within the Global Programming Group’s Event Management team, ensuring readiness and seamless execution across multiple workstreams. The role supports on-site activities three days per week with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management, coordination, and continuous improvement.
