On-Site Engineering & Base Operations Leader

Amentum is hiring an AFCAP Site Manager for the Abu Dhabi Air Base, responsible for overseeing the Engineering Support Services contract. This role requires strong leadership skills and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in engineering management.

The successful candidate will serve as the main interface with USAF stakeholders, ensuring compliance in safety, quality, and operational performance. A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance are mandatory.
