**The Facilities department has an outstanding opportunity for an intermittent, on-call Custodian to join their team.**

**About this Opportunity**
Reporting to the Custodian Supervisor, the Intermittent Custodian plays an essential role in maintaining the buildings of the UW Tacoma Campus, and supporting a learning environment that promotes health, safety, and integrity. This position provides regular building maintenance function by performing custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness and care of facilities for the entire campus. The custodian position also serves as a role model for students by displaying a professional, courteous, and helpful nature.

This hourly, intermittent position will perform essential services and may be required to work during any period of declared suspended operation. This position will have varied hours between 1st shift (3:30 am to 12:00 pm), Day shift (7:30 am to 4:00 pm) and 2nd shift (12:00 pm to 8:30 pm)...
