SUMMARY

Responsible for the provision of the hot lunch program for the W̱SÁNEĆ Leadership Secondary School and potentially other kitchens at ȽÁU,WELṈEW̱ Tribal School, or W̱SÁNEĆ College. Key functions include purchase of groceries, nutritional menu planning, food preparation, sanitization and clean up.

SCOPE

Works under the direction of the Principals/Directors of the Schools and College and in accordance with Food Safe Practices, Good Nutrition and the W̱SÁNEĆ School Board (WSB) policy/procedures.
