Omni-Channel Online Sales Specialist

CaterWize is seeking a motivated Online Sales Specialist to drive high-volume inbound sales across Respond.io, website chat and social channels from its Stikland, Cape Town base. You will convert enquiries, prepare quotes, and deliver accurate order updates.

You will coordinate orders for Takealot and Amazon, manage deliveries, returns and invoices, and support sales administration while striving for excellent customer experience and targets.
