O&M Senior Manager (Solar PV)

We are currently looking for an O&M Senior Manager (Solar PV) to support the optimisation and continuous improvement of our solar PV asset portfolio, ensuring a structured and data‑driven approach to performance and operations.

• Develop and consolidate advanced methodologies for performance analysis of photovoltaic assets, including assessment of energy losses, equipment degradation, and benchmarking across plants.
• Contribute to the overall improvement of the O&M area through the definition of technical standards, best practices, and continuous process evolution.
