Job Summary

You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our solar systems, improving efficiency, and managing compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- O&M Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of solar energy systems across various commercial sites. Ensure optimal performance of solar installations by coordinating routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs. Supervise and lead a team of O&M technicians and subcontractors.
