The Role

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the O&M Manager is accountable for the safe, efficient, and commercially effective delivery of O&M services across a portfolio of operational wind farms.

This is a hands‑on leadership role. You will manage operational teams and Lead Technicians across multiple sites, drive performance standards, and act as the primary point of contact for customers across your region. You will work closely with Planning, Operations Support, HSE, and other business functions to ensure compliant and effective service delivery.

Location
