Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce or BusinessBanking certifications, IIBF certifications, quality certifications will be a plusExperience in Insurance Operations, Reconciliation, Disbursement Operations, Card Operations etc will be a value-addMinimum 1 - 2 years of relative experience in managing Banking / Microbanking Operations in the BFSI segmentFreshers may also apply Open to working in any shift and on holidaysExposure to MS Office and other related applications will be an advantage
