Job Description

The incumbent will process transactions in Trade Finance for various business segments, ensuring accurate data entry of submitted documents to produce the final product.

Ensure compliance with Bank Policy and Guidelines.

Handle front‑office trade operations and customer interaction at the trade counter.

Review customer complaints and take immediate action to satisfy customers.

Undertake ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Team Head and meet approved MBO targets on time.

Scan, index, and upload documents into the system/EDMS within agreed timelines.

Maintain proper tracking records for dispatched/received documents and customer acknowledgements.

Provide operational support during high volume periods, staff shortages, or urgent business requirements.
