Officer, Cargo Ramp Handling (QC)

Executive, Ramp Handling

Role Purpose

The position is responsible for assisting the Manager and Executive, Cargo Ramp Handling in overseeing daily activities and operational matters at the Ramp Handling unit, as well as addressing issues related to operations and employees.

Key Accountabilities

• To carry out Quality Check & Ops Support function at Ramp for all types of cargo, special cargo, vulnerable/sensitive shipments and to ensure that all security and safety of cargo at airside including freighter aircraft.
• Plan and perform Quality Control Checks at Ramp Handling areas; participate in audits on behalf of the unit, oversee the Integrated Management Systems (IMS), and monitor ramp equipment and asset management.
• Manage administrative tasks such as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), office equipment, and IMS documentation.
