Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of rubber molds
  • Demolding of rubber products
  • Handling hydraulic systems
  • Identifying and troubleshooting rubber defects
  • Metal bonding processes

    • Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of rubber mold preparation
  • Basic knowledge of rubber demolding
  • Basic knowledge of hydraulics
  • Knowledge of rubber defects and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of metal bonding

    • Metrics:

  • Efficiency in mold preparation and demolding
  • Accuracy in identifying and resolving defects
  • Proficiency in handling hydraulic systems
