Officer - FG Warehouse

Job Purpose

To manage the receipt, storage, inventory accuracy, and dispatch of finished goods , ensuring smooth coordination between production, logistics, and customers, including handling inbound shipments from international locations .

Key Responsibilities

1. Finished Goods Receipt & Storage

• Receive finished goods from production and external locations (including overseas units)
• Verify material against packing list, invoice, and system (ERP) entries
• Ensure proper identification, labelling, and bin allocation

2. Handling Receipt from Other Country Locations

• Coordinate with import/logistics team for shipment arrival
• Verify import documents:
• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
• Certificate of Origin (if applicable)
• Ensure custom clearance coordination with CHA (Clearing Agent)
