Officer e-Learning Developer & Designer

Qualifications

• Hands-on understanding of Articulate Storyline/Rise or Adobe Captivate
• Experience reviewing/QA-ing e-learning content
• Strong hands-on graphic designing skills over Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva (this is now a core requirement, not a bonus)
• Good communication skills for negotiations with the stakeholders.
• Experience with video/audio editing (Premiere Pro, Camtasia, or Audacity)
• Knowledge on the functionalities of Learning Management System.

Job Responsibility

• Modification / Review/ voice over of e-learning modules/videos/audios for accuracy, instructional quality, and brand alignment
• Coordinating with stakeholders on revisions, timelines, and content corrections
• Designing infographics, icons, and visual assets for L&D related activities.
