KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Create and maintain the tracking database for all office files, receipts, invoices, and payment received.
- Responsible for timely ordering and printing all office pre-printed stationery items letter-head, mailing envelopes, business cards.
- Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the director office administrator requirements.
- To ensure all the announcements, circulars are distributed on time to all locations and staff.
- Coordinate the activities of the directors and ensure clerical works and the image of the office is presentable to the visitors.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position when appropriate.
- Support with clerical duties according to the demand of the director/Department workload.
- Maintain the Department employees' personnel files, in co-ordination with the Human Resource.
