We are looking for someone to provide administrative and operational support to agents across PWR and Marketplace, ensuring smooth processes, timely communication, and a seamless agent experience.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and support users in effectively adopting and utilizing the platform’s features and services.
• Source, evaluate, and identify relevant products, services, and opportunities that add value to the community and its clients.
• Manage subscription renewals and engage prospective users to drive platform growth and user adoption.
• Assist with presentations, user enquiries, and day-to-day community engagement activities.
• Conduct system testing, identify enhancement opportunities, and provide feedback to improve functionality and overall user experience.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support the department needs.
