✅ Support new business processing and policy administration
✅ Prepare binders, invoices, and policy documentation
✅ Organize and maintain client files and records
✅ Process endorsements and policy updates
✅ Handle follow-ups on outstanding information
✅ Support renewals (collect documents, prepare files)
✅ Assist with claims and loss run requests
